Feasibility Analysis

Feasibility Analysis is all about assessing a property to make sure that you are maximising its income and value.

This package will open your eyes to a world of ideas about what you can do for your properties and the fact that the most obvious might not be the most lucrative.

Essentially, investing in property is a business. You need to maximise your income and returns. Therefore you HAVE to do what will make you the money, rather than what looks good for bragging rights (you know social media posts ect.). You’ve not failed if you buy a property to get planning permission and sell it on. You’ve simply acted smart, turned a project around and moved on.

Always look at options A, B and C and get a second opinion. Ask questions, map it out.

Get creative, push boundaries, phone the local council planning office and ask them what’s possible. They’ll want to work with you, because they need homes. And the phone call is free. Doing a great feasibility analysis will allow you to shine and will put you in control or your projects!
